This is the food of my dreams.
Sauvlaki chicken marinade
There are many things in these Sauvlaki chicken bowls! (In good sense). However, with a few minutes of preparation time, they join quickly and easily, especially if you use some tricks bought in the store, which we will reach in a minute.
First, chicken!
Chickn Souvlaki is a dish inspired by Greek that involves marinating chicken in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano and some other simple ingredients.
The chicken is cut into pieces the size of a bite, the grill is spread in skewers. She is tasty, juicy, and so good!
Coverage and sauces for chicken bowls souvlaki
Heaven is the limit of how and how to serve the tender Sauvlaki chicken! The recipe includes my favorite variation:
- Garlic butter rice (Hoo-Boy, so good)
- Roast zucchini, red peppers and onions (you can easily cook the vegetables in an air fryer – details below ⬇️)
- Tzatziki sauce
- Hummus
- Shredded feta
- Flat bread
- Other coverage: cherry tomatoes, avocados, etc.
I have included homemade recipes In the notes of the Tzatziki and Hummus recipe, but let me tell you that these are two optimal opportunities to let a store bought in the store save some time (and there are some delicious options for both sauces in nature).
Change the ingredients to your liking. Add, subtract, eliminate, multiply. Whatever necessary to honor their taste papillae and excite him with dinner.
These bowls are as good as the things you pile up there! So follow your heart and will be delicious.
Greek inspiration meals are my jam. I love flavors. I love freshness. I love flat bread and feta cheese that almost always (should) accompany. I love everything.
These Sauvlaki chicken bowls are up to some of my favorite Greek meals! They are definitely the type of delicious “last food.”
Do not let the long list of components discourage you; It is a simple meal with tons of flavor that quickly binds with a little preparation and planning. I promise you that you will be so, I’m glad you have made them!
