  • Vegetables: Add the vegetables you want! Cook or jump the vegetables before throwing them to the noodles. I like adding broccoli, crushed peppers or carrots!
  • Add more heat: If you love the spices, add extra red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha sauce.

How to make Korean meat noodles

Making this Korean meat noodle recipe is so easy! Simply cook beef in the sauce, then mix the cooked noodles. In a short time, you will have a delicious food.

  1. Cook the noodles: Boil the lingüinos noodles al dente according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and reserve.
  2. Cook the meat: In a large pan, add the ground to medium-high heat. Cook and demorme the meat for 5-7 minutes, or until it is no longer pink. Add the chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the sauce: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper and cornstarch. Pour the sauce mixture on ground meat and cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Cover the noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the meat mixture and mix to combine. Deny with green onions in slices and sesame seeds to decorate.

    • In the refrigerator: These Korean meat noodles will remain well in their refrigerator for approximately 3-4 days in a hermetic container.
    • To reheat: Pop leftovers in the microwave for a minute or two. Another great way is to reheat them in a pan on the stove. Simply heat them over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
