Why is food planning useful?

Well, I did not think that meal planning was My thing Until I finally tried it … and wow. I had no idea how quiet it would make me feel. As:

  • No more dinner panic: In fact, I know what is for dinner, so the 5 PM feel much less chaotic.
  • Children can help: As I have a plan, they know what to do and can jump.
  • I’m saving money: I am not buying things at random or running to the store five times a week.
  • I feel more intentional: I am teaching my children and creating more peace at home, not just surviving the afternoons.

It is such a small change, but it has made a big difference. I just had to share this weekly information of the meal plan in case it was in the same boat that was.

These weekly food plans are designed to be fast, easy and affordable for families. Each recipe is designed to simplify their week nights, giving it more time with their loved ones!

Store leftovers for food planning

Usually, I only have a meal plan from Monday to Friday. On weekends they are a kind of wild card with plans or leftovers to finish the week. And if you have leftovers, be sure to store them in a hermetic container in the refrigerator to stay fresh!
