“Burger Night” is a weekly occurrence in my house. And this hamburger sauce is always present because it is easy to prepare and makes each hamburger * much better.
Ingredients that will need for this hamburger sauce
- Ketchup. I am a classic girl and I love Heinz. I go with organic Heinz to keep it with class.
- Mayonnaise. Again, I go classic with Hellmann’s.
- Pickles. I like bread and butter pickles due to additional sweetness and crunch is perfection.
- Pepinillo juice. A teaspoon of pipinillos juice adds good acidity to the hamburger sauce. You could also use white vinegar.
- Dijon Mustard. This adds a good dimension to hamburger sauce.
For the rest of the exact ingredients and measurements, see the recipe index card below.
