Hamburger sauce in a bottle. Hamburger sauce in a bottle.

“Burger Night” is a weekly occurrence in my house. And this hamburger sauce is always present because it is easy to prepare and makes each hamburger * much better.

Ingredients that will need for this hamburger sauce

  1. Ketchup. I am a classic girl and I love Heinz. I go with organic Heinz to keep it with class.
  2. Mayonnaise. Again, I go classic with Hellmann’s.
  3. Pickles. I like bread and butter pickles due to additional sweetness and crunch is perfection.
  4. Pepinillo juice. A teaspoon of pipinillos juice adds good acidity to the hamburger sauce. You could also use white vinegar.
  5. Dijon Mustard. This adds a good dimension to hamburger sauce.
