I love the zucchini season! In fact, planting a simple garden every summer to get a lot of zucchini (and ingredients for homemade sauce).
The zucchini is a fantastic vegetable for use for baked products … but also for tasty dishes. Some of my favorite dinners of all time involve zucchini, such as that casserole of zucchini and dotted text.
But if I am completely transparent, my most beloved zucchini recipe of all time is that chocolate zucchini cake. AMAZING.
