The 10 best spring alcohol cocktails – The Fitnessista

Sharing the best alcohol cocktails to enjoy this spring!

Hello friends! How is the week going so far? I hope you are spending a beautiful morning. I have some zoom calls today and I am working on our next Fit Team programming. Just here!

While most of us still face the cold of icy winter climate, I have been dreaming of a warm climate and barbecues and parties in the spring/summer pool. Today I want to invite you to join my dream while I share some refreshing and delicious recipes of alcoholless cocktails to enjoy this spring.

An alcoholless cocktail is a tasty and pleasant drink, without alcohol. Whether you are waiting or simply reduce consumption, such as a server, alcoholless cocktails are a fun way to change rotation. And although I do not completely refrain from alcohol, I have noticed a big difference in my levels of energy, productivity, mood and skin since I reduced 1 or 2 drinks at most per week. You can read more about my trip here!

I also love the variety of beautiful colors in which no alcohol cocktails usually come, as well as the fresh ingredients that contain them. You can easily change flavor profiles, depending on what you have on hand, and experiment with different ingredients to create a spring alcohol without a spring alcohol that makes your boat float completely. You can use seasonal fruits to flavor your alcohol cocktails and add flavor touches with simple ingredients such as lemon juice and lime juice. Actually, what is not loving?

I am sharing a summary of some of my favorites! All these are super easy to prepare and very delicious.
