Green goddess salad ingredients

  • Cabbage – 1 Finely crushed napa cabbage head (my preference) or green cabbage. Feel free to use a mandolin if you have one.
  • Green onion – A large handful that is approximately 6 green onions.
  • Cucumber – 1 cucumber in large English or 2 medium Persian cucumbers.
  • Cebolleta – I like using them in the salad and dressing, but do not hesitate to use it at the dressing, if you wish.

Green Goddess Ingredients

  • Simple Greek yogurt – I prefer Greek but you can use any simple yogurt
  • Choice herbs – coriander, basil, mint, parsley, tarragon, chives, green onion, dill, etc.
  • Garlic – Use fresh garlic! He knows much better.
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Jalapeño – Optional but I love the spicy kick!

My personal favorite combination is coriander, basil and dill But, honestly, any combination will serve. Use whatever you have by hand!

Do it vegan!

If you want a vegan recipe of green goddess, feel free to replace the Greek yogurt with 1 large avocado + 1/4 cup of water.
