Hello friends! Happy Friday! How was the week?
I regret to have disappeared in you this week. Honestly, I just needed a second to breathe. The pilot was gone, he has returned today! – And I was preparing the girls to return to school, but also … I was just having a mini blog crisis. I’ve had one before, and I only had one of those weeks in which I was in a little funk. I’m back now and I missed them all <3
We are trying to find our rhythm here with the life of the airlines, but it has definitely been colder than military and commander. I waited so long during this moment to be here and I am so happy that it is. I only try to establish our new routine. P is starting again education at home on Monday (here we go!) And I will share what we have planned, many fun things ahead.
(Pilates class armed this week. We carry weights of the arms all the time and it was Fierryyyy).
The preparation of meals has saved me during these weeks of solo breeding, although we ate the entire fruit in 3 days. 😉

Fitness, health and good meals:
We had the family during the last weekend and had breakfast for dinner. It was a great success and wonder. We did two Spanish tortillas,
a chopped salad,
The gofres of the gluten -free hello kitty, regular pancakes of milk serum and chopped a lot of fruits, and mother brought on the hash of canned meat, the best beans and mimosa supplies. We had a party and then we swam for hours, it was perfect.
