FRIDAY FAVES 3.21 – The Fitnessista

Hello friends! Happy Friday! What have you planned for this weekend? We are enjoying a time on the beach in San Diego. It’s Wyatt’s Bar Mitzvah and we are very excited to celebrate with our Kleiger family. I will share some of the adventures about Ig’s stories! I would love to hear what you have happening.

(Hannah killed us to define today. It was very difficult but it was incredible)

It’s time for the weekly party of Friday’s favos! This is where I share some of my favorite findings of the week and around the web. I always love listening to your favorites, so please shout something that you love in the Commens section below.

3.7 Favos on Friday

Fashion + beauty + random:

I have not used eyelashes for two years, but finally I found a clean one that was not afraid to try because it has excellent criticism and good ingredients. Blessed.

A friend introduced me this lip balm and is very nice and fun!

Maisey wanted to show you her spring haircut.

This salad container. The pilot got it for me and I am obsessed! It is glass and can contain a lot, including ingredients in the upper compartment.

Read, see, listen:

What do you think romantic?

How I learned to love the aging girl in the mirror.

The next movie I’m really looking forward to.

Fitness, health and good meals:

I can’t wait to try this carrot apple salad next week.

If you plan to order anything from equilibrium, wait until Monday! (Great sale ahead)

Lmebox is free shipping until tomorrow and will get $ 269 discount with my fitnessist code here.

Some exciting news … I was making a rain of ideas more ways to facilitate your life and give you some time, so I have compiled12 months of fitness programming in a single plan. This includes all its strength workouts for 12 months, and everything can be completed at home using only a couple of DUMMBLS.

Imagine: no more time for loss of time moving through training or calculating what the hell you will do. I have been a certified personal coach and designing training for 17 years (!) And these are some of my favorite plans of all time.

Training are graduated from resistance, resistance, power and hybrid months, and designed to obtain maximum results. All training are 30-45 minutes and each force training includes a video tutorial with low impact modifications. (As always, consult a doctor before changing your physical conditioning routine and honor your body). Monthly plans also include prinatble training planners with advice on how to structure these weeks, cardio, rest days.

The price will increase at full price on Monday, but you can now get it with a 25% discount: the monthly cost breakdown is less than its favorite food salad 😉

Get yours here.

Thank you very much for going through the blog today! Have an incredible weekend and I will see you soon!

Xoxo
