Freddie’s Baked Shrimp | Cup of Jo

baked shrimp

Freddie is one of those people who can open a closet or refrigerator, look at everything for a minute and discover a delicious food to do with what he finds. Are you the same? It always impresses me, and I love sitting at the counter, make the New York crossword and see it in action.

This summer, one of the meals he hit was the spaghetti with tomato sauce, a green salad and baked shrimp. Some readers asked about the shrimp, so I called Freddie this morning and he told me the steps. Here goes:

Baked shrimp
By Freddie

“My dad is a great cook, and one thing I have learned from him is how to do multiple courses at home and make him feel special. In our Italian-American family, macaroni is part of the food, always with a homemade sauce, that is a point of pride. I was with my parents and Joanna.

You will need:
frozen and precooked shrimp bag
flour
salt
pepper
eggs
PANKO PAN MIGAS
Spices, such as paprika, garlic powder, onion powder (optional)
olive oil
lemon

Non -recipe recipe:

Preheat the oven at 350f. Defrost the shrimp. Throw the tails (if they still have queues) and dry.

Establish its three standard plates: flour (you can also salt and pepper the flour, if you wish; the seasons of Gordon Ramsay almost all layers with salt and pepper; it looks like such a small thing, but it really helps the final product), washing of eggs and crumbs of PANKO bread (seasoned, if you want, with paprika, garlic powder, onion dust, salt and pepper). Gently cover each shrimp in flour, then egg; Then press the shrimp on bread crumbs.

Place the aluminum foil in a baking tray and extend a thin layer of olive oil at the top of the sheet. Organize the shrimp in a single layer in the sheet. Then sprinkle some oil on the shrimp.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Before serving, spray the lemon juice on top of the shrimp.

Serve with paste with tomato sauce and green salad, if you wish. You can eat the shrimp with the paste or separately: the empanados shrimp and the red sauce can be so good. Enjoy!
