The best cocktail of San Patricio’s Day

Hello friends! I hope your morning goes well. Tomorrow I have a long publication about the creation of a healthy relationship with food, but today I wanted to share this old but good in honor of the next vacations “All Things Green”.

Not only is this is the best cocktail of the day of San Patricio, but it is the best cocktail for any time.

There is not too “Irish” in me. There is a bit on my great -grandmother, the fact that I used to dance Irish (I had a slide template), and married an Irishman. He introduced me wonderful things about the culture of his family, they actually have a bar in Ireland that we would love to visit someday!, Including this cocktail. It has a rich sweetness, a little helps a lot, since it is very rich and is absolutely perfect for the next vacation.

We have had some days of San Patricio quite memorable, such as when we visited Savannah and power came out throughout the city. (I was convinced that it was aliens or an attack of some kind). But with all who have passed together, my favorite was the night we stayed at home in Valdosta, we saw movies and drank large amounts of this cocktail.

My version is with almond milk, and the pilot is with thick cream or regular milk:

[One of these things is not like the others. Also, these are older pics but my go-to almond milk right now is the Malk brand]

As you know, I tend to stay away from dairy products for health/skin/autoimmune reasons. I do not stay away from the Irish Bailey cream for any reason, now and now they make a version without dairy that is quite good 😉 I have also added some successful dairy products after healing my intestine!

Here is the recipe for my favorite cocktail, which I have called “the lucky Irish girl.” Although I am mainly Irish by association, St. Paddy’s is a favorite vacation. I hope you enjoy this drink as much as we do!

This is the best cocktail of San Patricio’s day!

  • -1/2 Oz Frangelico
  • -2 oz of choice milk (thick milk, coconut or almonds)
  • -Spinach or green food coloring (optional)

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail agitator with a little ice.
  2. Take out!
  3. Strain, pour and lower up.

Grades

  • If you are wearing spinach coloring your drink, mix with the drink.

I mixed mine with a little spinach for a more festive green cocktail, which unfortunately does not make it magically a healthy elixir (additional vitamins! Haha). It makes it beautiful, although 🙂 you can also use natural green food dye.

For holidays, you can also make a warm love of Irish coffee with Irish whiskey, or a photo of Guinness with Bailey’s, always a classic. Green beer is always a favorite family too.

Health!

What is your favorite cocktail or cocktail recipe? This is my favorite of all time, and I also love a good bleeding and these spring as a recipes.
