The Fantastic Four: First Steps It is “against the vibrant backdrop of a retro-futur world inspired by the 1960s” and “presents the first Marvel-Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic family (Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Kirby), Ben Grimm/The Thing (Moss-Bachrach) and Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Quinn) since they face their most discouraging challenge so far. Forced to balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond, they must defend the land of a voracious space called Galactus (Ineson) and its enigmatic herald, silver surfer (Barn).
