Share some of my easy dinner ideas when I am soloist of breeding of the children.
Hello friends! How are you? I hope you are enjoying the week so far! Today I have a podcast interview, Pilates, and we will probably reach the pool. We are trying to turn last summer before returning to school madness.
For today’s publication, I wanted to share some of my favorite ideas of easy dinner when I am a soloist to raise. As the pilot has returned with the airlines, he has traveled more regularly while I held it with the crew here. When it is gone, meals are very informal. They are things that I can do in less than 20 minutes that I know we all love. I will usually do something that includes leftovers so we can enjoy them the next day for lunch.
For our family, meals will include some type of protein, some type of starch, a fruit and/or vegetables. It makes it quite plug and play, and when children have rounded meals like this, they are happier (without blood sugar shock) and maybe a little less snacky? (Even if we are realistic, summer is an avalanche of snacks all day).
These are some of the things I have in rotation when I am only me and I want to cook something tasty, healthy and fast.
Easy dinner ideas for solo parenting
– Breakfast for dinner.
We do this at least once a week, whether the pilot is here or not, because it is a complement to the crowd and can customize it based on what it has. He could make hello kitty -free gofres, pancakes (they still love these banana pancakes after all these years), French toast, and serve it with breakfast sausages, bacon or eggs such as protein, and some fruit.
– Tacos, rice and beans.
I put the chicken in the snapshot with oregano, salt, pepper, powder garlic and a little chicken broth, and cook for 12 minutes in manual. I crushed it with the blender and serve with tortillas, beans, Mexican rice and macaw. I will cut any fresh fruit that we have by hand and serve it to the side.
– Spanish tortilla.
This is one of our favorites of all time. I will cook the tortilla and, often, will serve it with sliced vegetables and guacadores, and a fruit side.
– Greek salads.
This is another favorite of the family: chopped salad (you can use a kit to make life easier, or simply cut Roman, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and add olives and feta cheese), cooked chicken (reddish or excess chicken), hummus (warehouse panorama or house leaves) and stuffed grape leaves (buy from the can of an exchange). Serve whistle next to.
-Gen -free chicken nuggets
I ask for those of Butcherbox and serve with salad and fruit. Easy Peasy.
– Ramen with chicken or grated shrimp.
I will buy while of Whole Foods (have some gluten -free options) and add grated chicken or sauteed shrimp, and cut fruit to one side.
– Fry Agitated noodles bowl.
I will appear a ton of vegetables (pepper, onion, broccoli, carrot, whatever we have by hand), and add cooked noodles and peanut sauce with peanut butter, tamari, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sriracha and honey. I make the sauce while the vegetables and noodles are cooked, and everything becomes so fast. Usually, I cover with sesame seeds and coriander.
– Sushi Salmon Sushi bowl.
We also have this often. It is only cooked rice (cooked in the snapshot with broth/water and rice), salmon (cooked in the air fryer), cucumber, edamame, avocado and algae.
– Egg roll in a bowl.
Simply saute some ground meat with a mixture of cabbage/cabbage salad, garlic, ginger and season with tamari, sriracha and sesame oil. Cover with everything but Bagel’s seasoning. I will serve with fresh fruit, just whatever we have by hand.
– Homemade pizza.
Mass, sauce, pepperoni, cheese and served with a roast salad or vegetables.
– Sarteén meals!
We especially like organic chicken sausage, peppers and broccoli
– Kevin’s sauce food.
This is another fan of fans. Kevin’s makes incredible sauces, I buy them from Thrive Market, and I will simply cook a ton of vegetables, I will add some chicken, steak, salmon or shrimp, and add the Kevin sauce before serving the rice. We love Teriyaki, Korean barbecue and coconut curry.
– Turkey meatballs with pasta, sauce and vegetables.
Usually, I make turkey meatballs in advance and freezing them for easy/fast meal. This is my recipe
So, tell me, friends: What are your favorite recipes if you need something fast and delicious? Please do not hesitate to share all ideas and links. I hope we can give us some new ideas!
