Why the kitchen design is about administering repentance.

Why the kitchen design is about administering repentance.

Doug and Paul explain why administering the regret of a client is one of the main works of a kitchen designer. Watch the video at the end of this blog.

I think it is surprising for most people to be a true kitchen designer is not about giving customers what they think they want. That is why I do not like the capture phrase that the less experienced kitchen designers often repeat. “That they want to make dreams come true.”

Being a great kitchen designer is about showing customers things they had not considered. They are also helping them to make sensible decisions once they have all the options. Clients rarely choose the design that they initially dreamed once they are better informed. We would simply be good kitchen designers if customers did not choose different ways of spending their budget. And decide the different designs after obtaining help from a qualified professional. Paul explains this in this video:

I think it is also surprising for most customers to tell them the bad of any particular kitchen design is more important than the good of that design.

AND ALL Kitchen designs have their good and bad points. This is what we are talking about when we talk about administering regret

That is, make sure that they are the design elections made by a client, that they are fully aware of the advantages and disadvantages of that design. TOnd does not regret when your renewal is completed.

Below is the video of Doug Mottershead and Paul Mcalary discussing the management of customer regret when designing a kitchen and making a kitchen renewal.

I hope to help you get a kitchen without regret.
