Why I swear for meal planning

I started planning meals to save time, but honestly, it keeps me sane. When life feels busy and unpredictable, dinner is discovered is one less to stress. Here is why it works:

  • Save money: The groceries are not cheaper. Planning in advance means less random purchases and less wasted foods.
  • Save time: No more than 5 pm, the look look or the last minute “What’s for dinner?” panic.
  • Eat better: When the plan is in place, it is less likely to take fast food for despair.

Each weekly plan includes a Free printable supermarket List that is already measured and organized. Just print it, take what you need, and you will love the easiest and could feel your life!

What to serve this week’s meals

Store leftovers for food planning

I only plan dinners from Monday to Friday. On weekends they are our time to relax, be spontaneous or treat us with something fun. If you have leftovers of the week, keep them in a hermetic container in the refrigerator and enjoy one night without cooking when you need it most.
