Sharing my essential well -being to travel!
Hello friends! Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend and that my friends who celebrated Easter enjoyed a beautiful vacation. We had brunch here at home, we went to see King of Kings With friends and had dinner to celebrate Trevor’s birthday with the family. It was perfect.
Our Spring Forward challenge begins today, so if you are looking for a LIL welfare restoration, register here.
For today’s publication, I wanted to talk a little about the well -being of essential trips. Some people pack super light and told me: “How can I cushion my mini somavedic so that it does not break?”
Maybe one day it will be a girl by hand, but for now, I only have too many things that I like to have with me. I tried to focus only on the essentials for this publication and included all the well -being treats I bring when I travel. Affiliated links are included below because many of these are products that I have used and loved for many years. Thank you very much for supporting the blog buying through my links!
If you have a favorite to add to the list, let them in the comments below!
Mustness of essential travel welfare
Compression socks
These are a Gamechanger for long flights and units. I cannot live without them because they really help with the circulation and reduction of swelling. I will also get up and walk at least every two hours unless I am sleeping. I will use a comfortable monkey or pants when traveling (without leggings) so that no one can say that I am in the compression mode of the complete grandmother. These are the best.
Rest masks
These are one of my ocular care products that cannot live without an eye, but are incredible for general eye welfare, especially if they deal with dry eyes on flights. I use one every morning. They help open the oil glands and increase oil production in their eyes, which lubricates them, and is very relaxing. Try them here.
Gel alcohol
While I don’t think we should abuse the disinfectant for hands, I think it is important to have at hand when you have children and are touching everything, and for traveling. There are always convenient points available to wash your hands, and this is my favorite hands disinfectant, which is super gentle for the skin, is not too scented and super moisturizing.
Container and supplements
I always travel with supplements inside. My little supplements container. I don’t think I should take supplements without functional evidence to see what your body really needs. I used to take a lot of supplements, but after using specific tests and protocols, I just take a handful every day according to the tests.
Here is a link to my favorite supplement container.
For daily supplements, here are some that I always include to travel: melatonin, daily nutritional support, digestive enzymes, green organizations (fitnessist code) and an binder.
Eye mask
You never know what the light situation in hotels will be like, and I also like to have a eye mask for long flights. I will appear some caps for the ears, I will add a mask for the eyes, I will also take melatonin on the travel days, and the night walking everyone. Vivarays makes a MAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING mask.
Travel humidifier
One of the easiest healthy habits for my eyes and the skin has a use of daily humidifier. I use the full size version at home, but when I travel, I use this smaller travel humidifier. The air of the plane is very dry, and it can also be useful in hotels. Here is the link to my favorite (fitnessist code).
SPF
In general, I am discreet in makeup when we travel, unless we are to dinner, but SPF is not negotiable every day. This is my dyed SPF moisturizer. Add some coverage with anti -aging and sun protection properties (Fitnessist code).
Lmnt
I have a lmnt all. My favorite flavors are raspberry and citrus fruits, and I will keep some packages in my hand luggage and put more in my suitcase. We have them in Thrive Market subscription.
Clearly filtered water bottle
The water always outlit me a little when we travel. Okay when we reach our destination (we will obtain large bottles of glass water to have at the hotel), but at the airport, you have the option of water dispensers (tap water) or plastic bottles. The perfect solution: clearly filtered. This bottle filters more than 300 pollutants and the water knows incredible. We also use and love your pitcher at home.
Blue light lock glasses
When you travel, you are surrounded by flowering lights and LEDs at the airport and on the plane. I love wearing my glasses 4 throughout the day, but especially red lenses before going to sleep. Here is my link for the best (fitnessist code).
Neck pillow
I have tried so many pillows of the travel neck and this is my favorite of all time.
I can support it against the window and sleep quality on the flight. The last time we went to Spain, I slept almost all the way from Phoenix to London and I stood felt renewed and awake!
Red Light Mask
This is so portable, light and easy to pack. I only make sure to cushion it so that it is not crushed in the suitcase. Check it here and use fitnessista15. I use this several times a week and I notice a difference in the brightness and texture of my skin when it is part of my routine.
Ok friends, please share your travel welfare have! Something without which you cannot live?
I would always want to be able to bring my PEMF carpet with me and I am discussing the lumebox for our next great trip. 😉
Xoxo
Gina
