  2. Season the meat: Rub the pork ribs uniformly with the mixture of spices and then place them in a clay pot.
  3. Cook: Pour your favorite barbecue sauce on the boneless ribs, then mix to cover. Place the lid in the slow cooking pot, then cook Low for 6-8 hours. You can cook them high for 3-4 hours, but they will not be so tender. Remove and serve fresh!

Storage and preparation hack during the night

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Cups Home barbecue sauce or shop bought

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 cumin teaspoons, 2 teaspoons of onion dust, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of saltand 1 teaspoon of pepper.
  • Rub the 4 pounds of pork ribs of country style Uniformly with the spice mixture and place them in a slow cooking pot.
  • Pour the 2 cups of homemade barbecue sauce or shop bought on the ribs and mix to cover.
  • Place the lid in the slow cooking and cook low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until it is cooked. They will not be so tender if they are done high.
  • Remove and serve fresh!
