Where do you find affordable art? A piece that we love in our house is this hand -pressed algae print of Cornwall, England, where my aunt lives.
Two friends, Melanie Molesworth and Julia Bird, make their art work feeding algae on beaches or shallow waters after a storm. “We love it when sometimes they fader and a little sea,” Julia told Toast. “Some of the beautiful pale pink colors are very faded, since they have been drifting in the sea. That can make them so beautiful.”

They make impressions of all sizes (I have the largest “A1” size), as well as notes and kitchen cloth cards. How charming are those?
