A press sample
Today marks the first time in almost a month that has painted my nails! They kept breaking and then I was on vacation and decided to give them a little rest. Honestly, I haven’t felt like something beauty either. I have been quite discouraged, like many Canadians, about what is happening with the United States and, unlike the first time he was chosen, this time he feels worse. No one defends the right thing and the real thought that Canada is attached could happen if our economy begins to slowly reduce. Everything is very depressing and my last dystopian nightmare would be whether this really led to the war between the United States and Canada! As, how crazy that would be in the 21st century? This means that at this time, we are literally in history books, since the commercial war has already begun (not caused).
With all this happening and thinking about how it affects us as Canadians, beauty blogs suddenly feel … so small. I didn’t feel like that when we were trapped at home during the pandemic. I really felt that the blog was an escape and a place for the newspaper. Yes, he was afraid, but he was definitely not afraid of nuclear war. I have no idea what I will do in this space for now. Is it an escape where everything is fine? Or will it be a place where you can rant? I really don’t know, since it’s not that I can really control anything. We are pawns in this meaningless political monopoly, so maybe I should be happy for now.
In that note, let’s go to the nails.
This month’s theme is “green”/”spring” with which I cheated, since this color is bluish green, but I was talking! I started with the essence “Island Hopping”, which is an impressive and juicy bluish green and placed it with the “Paraiba” of Cirque, which is one of my favorite brightness enamels. It has a bluish green base so that it can use it only like me before, but it also works as a topper of a layer.
I hope everyone has a good week, but extra love for all Canadians and Americans who oppose the commercial war <3
