This week’s food plan is made for chaos. Whether you are chasing the children, arriving late (again) or simply is not humorous to cook, these meals are fast, easy and ready to roll. There are no elegant things, only simple and tasty recipes that you can throw and take with you

Why meal planning is the best

I did not start planning meals to be organized; I started because I was tired of chaos. Now, it is the only thing that makes my week less like a fight and more as a victory. This is what resolves:

  • Cut the edible invoice: A plan means that I buy what I need and really use it.
  • Save my sanity: I already made the hard decision, what’s for dinner, before the day went crazy. That is a victory!
  • It helps me eat real food: When the meals are planned, I am much less tempted to reach the Drive-Thru.

Easy sides for dinner this week

THEREFORS FACILITATE LIFE

I adhere to planning dinners from Monday to Friday. On weekends they are for wings, relax or grab something fun. If you have extras, put them in a hermetic container and keep them for an effortless dinner when the week is occupied.
