Hello friends! How are you? How was the weekend? I hope you had a great one! We went to Phoenix for Josh Turner’s concert and it was everything. It sounds so well live and the band was incredible. The rest of the weekend was quite cold. We had an NCL meeting, a family dinner at the mother’s house, and I did some work things.
For today’s publication, I thought it would be fun to make a “current” style blog post for the old school, focused on some of the things we have been doing lately. If you want to play in the comments section, I would love to know what you have had to do lately!
At the moment:
Celebrating …
Anniversary #18! For the anniversary next year, should we do something huge … how to move to Spain? Just joking halfway … 😉
18 years was a second and a life (multiple lives). Beyond what is grateful for the little life and family that we share, all adventures, celebrating the maximums, keeping each other through the minimums and choosing each other, every day <3
Exhausting…
DRESSES AND SMALES OF FLABELUS:
(My everyday combo)
And Sambas! I really did not enter the trend even though I always thought they were cute, and that is because someone told me that they were very uncomfortable and that they returned them. Finally I could not handle it anymore, and I got a pair “for me”, but they really were for Liv. (Something fun/interesting: I can rarely make children buy anything or go shopping
They did not feel uncomfortable at all, but they felt even better after being broken for a couple of weeks. Now I have my eye in these!
Looking….
NOTHING. I’m here waiting anxiously Emily in Paris To return so that everything can be exaggerated. I have not really found anything that I have been excited since I finished Younger And I rarely watch television. If you have seen something you have loved, please LMK.
I have a little more time when the pilot travels and the girls cool at night. (They are allowed to have screen time for a time at night if the task and tasks are performed). Honestly, it’s a bit strange to ask what I should do for an hour or so. I have started the keyboard (with headphones so that no one else has to suffer hahaha), I wove some blankets and have passed the afternoons cleaning and preparing food. Sometimes I also lie on the couch with a giant blanket that surrounds me, snuggling with maisey and crashing on my phone.
Reading…
I just started this book. When I am in a book funk, I almost always return to the historical fiction of World War II. Although my heart breaks in a million pieces, the heartbreaking and beautiful stories of these human experiences make me return. If you have a recent favorite, please LMK.
Fighting with …
Find my school routine. I mentioned it on the blog before, but I am still trying to discover the work/education balance/MOM with the pilot’s travel schedule. When he is here, I explain as much work as possible, and when he has left, it’s just me from here doing all things. It is easier in some way since girls are older, but they also challenge in different ways with all driving and task. We will solve it <3
Eating…
Pretzels of peanut butter without quinn gluten. These are probably my favorite crispy bite #1.
Listening….
The most random mixture in history. Bad bunny Carmina BuranaSabastian Yatra, K Pop (Liv put me!) Broadway musicals, House music, Music of Adoration and Country of the early 2000s. Spotify knows what I like haha.
Excited by …
4 things!
A trip to San Diego. We headed there for the weekend of Labor Day to see the Kleigers and enjoy some time on the beach. We are also ready for a better buzz, Ob Noodle House, and Tiki Port, still disconsolate, is gone.
Our autumn detoxification! I will share details in an upcoming publication, but our autumn detoxification group begins on September 1. The first week is a week of preparation, and current detoxification begins on September 8. I have felt completely blade and swollen, my face is swollen and I can feel it, so I am also waiting for this restart. Be sure to be in my newsletter to get the information first.
Olive Rose will finally return. I have been out for weeks, another thing that was “borrowed” and has disappeared hahaha, and this is my base * of all time *. Everything will be live here and we have some new products that will come out this fall that I cannot wait to try to share with you.
Not one, but two great product releases! Equilife has launched its new Advanced cellular force, which I have been drinking and loving during the past week. It is designed to support the function of mitochondria and ATP production, and the ingredients were chosen for energy, recovery, to support blood flow/circulation and approach. I’ve only been drinking 1/2 tablespoon, the complete portion is 2 tablespoons! – And he noticed a huge increase in energy within 20 minutes of drinking it. This is an impressive drink pre-training pre-freeing of coffee free, or a small afternoon impulse if you need it. It’s a 30% discount this week here!
The other launch of the product is the new red light of Higher Dose. I love my lumebox, especially because it is very portable, but it will be incredible to have a bigger option to stack with my PEMF Go Mat and Morning Meditation. It’s so great that you can use it as an wrap or mount it vertically. You can use fitnessist for a 15% discount on the entire site in Higher Dosa here.
So, tell me, friends: what are you eating, reading, using and excited? I would love to hear what is happening in your life!
