How many feeds?
This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to start your week. It provides five meals that will feed 4-6 (depending on whether it is feeding adults or children), and includes a shopping list! With new ideas and easy -to -do recipes, having a weekly menu plan will be a lifeguard.
Why bother meal planning?
- Less of the last minute: No more than 5 pm panic, just a tranquility, safe “I have this.”
- Less decisions: Look the conjectures of the dinner time and save your mental energy for everything else.
- Smarter purchases: You will buy what you really need and waste less food (and money).
- Most pleasant meals: With a plan in place, dinner feels less hasty and more like a quality time.
- Healthier options: Planning in advance makes it easier to work on balanced and nutritious meals.
Garrons for dinner
My weekly menu plans always include a printable purchase list that is measured and ready to use. It makes things so easy!
Store leftovers for food planning
Only the food plan from Monday to Friday because sometimes we have plans during the weekend or I have leftovers that we can have to finish the week! If you have leftovers, be sure to store them correctly in a hermetic container in your refrigerator.
