How many feeds?
This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to start your week. It provides five meals that will feed 4-6 (depending on whether it is feeding adults or children), and includes a shopping list! With new ideas and easy -to -do recipes, having a weekly menu plan will be a lifeguard.
Why should I meter plan?
Meal planning is not just about what is about dinner, it is about making life softer and more pleasant. Here’s why it works for me:
- Less stress: Knowing what is in the menu takes out the conjectures of food time, so that you can relax and concentrate on what matters.
- More variety: Planning in advance allows you to mix things and try new recipes without falling into the same dinner routine.
- Family time: When dinner is resolved, there is more time to sit together and enjoy it.
Try it, you could become your new favorite habit!

Store leftovers for food planning
Only the food plan from Monday to Friday because sometimes we have plans during the weekend, or I have leftovers that we can have to finish the week! If you have leftovers, be sure to store them correctly in a hermetic container in your refrigerator.
