Eggs stuffed with avocado
They were fantastic! The avocado added a creamy touch, and the bacon bits brought a perfect crunch. The lemon zest and the pepper of Cayena gave him a good zing. It is a delicious update of the traditional stuffed eggs, and I will definitely make them again!
