This strawberry milk coffee is made with fresh fresh cold foam, deliciously whipped matcha and its choice milk. It is served on ice for a refreshing peak.

Going to coffee shops is one of my favorite hobbies. I love trying new drinks. And I’ve been doing this coffee with exact milk from Strawberry Matcha for years. It is like a spring version of my Latte Iced Matcha (and warm Matcha Latte). Both are divine.
Ingredients you will need for this coffee with strawberry milk

- Matcha: I like using ceremonial grade matcha for all my matcha drinks.
- Strawberries: fresh fresh strawberries.
- Choice milk: I will generally go between oat milk or whole milk for this drink.
- Thick cream: We need this for coverage. Fat in thick cream is what will give us that delicious texture.
For the rest of the ingredients, see the recipe index card below.
How to make a strawberry Latte
- Make the strawberry syrup, cooking the strawberries chopped with sugar and water. Strawberries will soften.

2. Skip the strawberries through a sieve in a small bowl. Let the strawberry syrup cool.

3. Add the thick cream and drill until they are spongy. I like soft peaks for this strawberry whipped cream.

4. Add the matcha to a small bowl. Beat in the water until the matcha has dissolved. Mix honey.

5. Fill your glass with ice. And then pour your choice milk. Add the matcha and cover with strawberry foam.

Recipe Council
Another fruit to use – I have not tried this with other fruits, but I think the raspberries would be delicious. I would say that you might need a more honey touch, since they tend to be alternate than strawberries. Blueberries, peaches and blackberries would be delicious.
Ceremonial vs. Conventional matcha – There are two different degrees of matcha. Ceremonial is of higher quality and is generally more expensive. It is better in conventional drinks and works very well to bake (such as my tiramisu or matcha chocolate cake).

Frequent recipe questions
Umm … like heaven. But not seriously, flavors are so complementary. The slightly sweetened earthly matcha goes very well with bright and fruity strawberry foam. It is creamy and delicious.
Matcha has many antioxidents that can be really useful. It also has a slower release of caffeine in our system, compared to coffee, which can be useful for caffeine sensitive people.
