Spring Mobpy Date – The Fitnessista

A spring talk with my friends and sharing some exciting news.

HIIIII! How are you? I hope your day goes well and you had a lovely weekend. It has been a while since we have had a milkshake or a coffee appointment around here, so I would love to catch up!

(In real life, it would be a fresh smoothie, not a bottled shake, but we go with him)

Let’s take a shake and put a little.

If we were having a milkshake …

I would like to know how you are. As, really doing. How are children? How do you feel? Are you stressed on May-Cubo and the end of the school, or is it okay?

I would like to know if you have taken some new training classes, tried a new restaurant and I would love to hear all the details about the next vacation and summer plans.

I would tell you that I am so relieved that we started educating at Casa P. I was so stressed by that and exercising a ton of pressure on myself, so I did not consider this possibility before, but she is a different girl. She is thriving, we are having fun together, and honestly I feel that she is giving me the opportunity to enjoy a little more of her childhood. Since the girls were born, it has been a wild trip, and as an anxious person, I always focused on “what follows” and two steps ahead, instead of enjoying the present moment. In recent years, I have forced myself to be more present because they are growing so fast. I can’t even believe Liv will be in eighth grade next year!

I would tell you that I have been teaching Barre in an incredible local study and that I would invite you to take a class! While I do not teach as much as I used to do it, I cannot imagine teaching more than 15 classes per week again, my classes 1-2 a week are Perrrrrrffect.

I would also share the exciting news with you … We headed to Europe for 6 weeks, maybe. We go to Italy, France and Spain, and I.Can’t.vene.wait. Last year, when we went to Spain, we toured a couple of beautiful apartments. With the tax (21%!) We calculate that we could spend the same amount of money to spend almost the whole summer in Europe for the next 19 years, and have the flexibility of going anywhere, instead of being in one place. Then, summer #1, let’s go to Goooooo! Of course, I will share all the adventures in Instagram stories and here on the blog. He feels like great pleasure and we are all ready for it.

I would ask you if you like the Pickleball and if you wanted to play at some point. I am not good at the Pickleball, but I love it, and I am always looking for chances to practice. Children like it too!

I would ask if I would divide a gluten -free gift with me and plan our next recovery date, since time passes and at this time, you must schedule things in advance. 😉
