Happy Sunday! I know I’m starting to sound like a broken record, but how are we now at the end of January? For 6 weeks now, I’ve been using Reedle Shot 100 as the first step in my nighttime skincare routine and I’ve honestly noticed a real improvement in my skin’s texture! I plan to do a separate review for the Reedle Shot treatment, but this mask is a start!
What makes this mask special? This 3-step all-in-one mask starts with Reedle Shot 300 essence followed by a soothing microfiber mask containing peptides and a firming cream containing niacinamide, peptides, collagen and multimolecular hyaluronic acid.
Step 1 was the essence of Reedle Shot and I completely forgot that in this mask the strength level was 300 (there are 100, 300 and 700) so when I applied this to my skin, it felt like there were a LOT more spikes per inch square. skin! It was EXTRA prickly and made me wonder if I really had the strength to withstand movement at higher intensities after finishing my bottle of Reedle Shot 100!
The microfiber soothing mask along with the creamy essence was very nice and relaxing to apply on the skin after the initial itchy stage. It matched perfectly! The other type of mask that will probably suit you is a cooling hydrogel mask.

Final verdict: Similar to the previous VT Cosmetics 3-step masks, adding that third step of moisturizer was super intense in terms of hydration levels and I feel like I could have stopped after the mask because it was already incredibly hydrating. To follow the instructions, I applied Step 3, but my face was quite sticky when I went to bed. What I liked about this mask was that it gave me the opportunity to try a higher intensity of the Reedle Shot and gave me a calming mask to complement it. I’ll leave out our moisturizer in the future or use something lightweight like a toner as the Reedle Shot on its own will do something over a longer period of time.
