Pvolve is different from everything I have tried … and I have been in the fitness block hahaha. It is the creation of two notable individuals, Stephen Pasterino and Rachel Katzman. Stephen, the fitness guru behind the method, created P.Volve after years of research and experience. Its objective was to provide a physical aptitude solution that not only transforms your body, but also improve functionality and avoid injuries.
Stephen Pasterino: Stephen has experience in kinesiology and functional movement. His mission was to develop a training that not only sculpts the muscles, but also improves the way his body moves.
Rachel Katzman: Rachel, co -founder and CEO, brought her commercial insight to the mixture. His vision was to create an accessible exercise program and based on results that could meet the unique needs and lifestyles of people.
The couple was previously together, and were divided, with Rachel maintaining total control over Pvolve. Stephen has gone to do his own! While I absolutely like the format that helped create, he was not my favorite as an instructor. I loved his method, but I found it quite little energy.

The studies were so beautiful and obtained incredible training. I feel that both classes that I took were extremely different, we did new exercises, and I felt defied, energized and not exhausted.
