This simple recipe for frozen milk with three simple and easy ingredients is how perfect it can be done at home. Save money at home doing your cafeteria favorites at home!

Ingredients for ice cream coffee

Espresso beans. I have been really loving the espresso beans of Lavazza and Stereoscope. I pick up the latter in person.
Milk of choice. I love oat milk or whole milk for frozen milk.
Thick cream. We go for a cream lid and thick cream is essential for this.
Maple syrup. I love the way Arce’s syrup, but do not hesitate to wear agave syrup, powdered sugar or a little cane sugar.

Variations

Do it a coffee with vanilla ice cream: Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla paste to coffee with milk and cream cover.
Do it sweetener. This coffee with milk is perfectly sweet to me. But do not hesitate to mix a teaspoon of sugar with double espresso.
Use cold beer. If you don’t have an express coffee manufacturer, you can use Cold Brew (as I did with my mint vanilla ice cream) instead of a double photo. You may need a little more. I would do it to try.
Use Horchata. Technically, you can make a dirty horchata by adding this double espresso take to a vessel of horchata. And you can add the top of the cream.

Can I make the cream ahead?

Yes, you can do it last night and store it in the refrigerator in a hermetic container. I would only give you a good mixture just before using it.

To make the superior cream:

In a small bowl, using an electric hand blender, gathers the thick cream and maple syrup until they are light and fluffy, approximately 30 seconds. I like it to be spongy, but still a bit loose and verifiable.

To make coffee with frozen milk:

Add ice to a glass. Tire the espresso shot of your machine.
Pour the espresso on the ice. Pour your choice milk. I like to leave approximately 2 inches of space so that there is space for the cream lid. Mix it.
Pour the top of the cream on coffee with milk. Decorate with a pinch of marine salt of flakes. and chocolate covered with espresso beans.
