Gypsy He took Instagram on Sunday (April 13) to share a new selfie that showed his weight loss. He also explained how he dropped the weight.

He added in the comments section: “I have seen many people’s comments asking how I lost the weight, so my weight loss trip began once from prison, so when I started eating healthier instead of food in prison, the weight begins to fall. I started eating twice a day and smaller portions.”
