This buffalo chicken wrap is full of fried crispy chicken, Roman lettuce, ranch and cheese dressing to make the best chicken wrap for lunch or dinner.

If you know me, you know that I am a sandwich lover and I love all the things of the buffalo chicken pizza. I love everything, from my famous tuna fusion, mill sandwich to Summer’s favorite tomato sandwich, BLT and Ultimate Veggie Sandwich. This wrapping is perfect if you need a job from lunch at home. Easy to eat and easy to assemble.
Ingredients you will need for this buffalo chicken wrapping


- Chicken tenders. You can absolutely use the chicken breast and cut it into pieces, but I think we make it easy and start with chicken tenders.
- PANKO I love frying slightly in pan and Panko will give us that crispy and golden brown (similar to my pork katsu)
- Grated iceberg lettuce. This gives us a lot of cracks to the wrapping.
- Flour tortillas to the size of a burrito. You want tortillas large enough to conclude everything.
- Buffalo sauce. I keep it simple and I go with my favorite brand, which is Frank’s.

How to make this buffalo chicken wrap
- Start creating an assembly line with flour, egg and Panko bread crumbs.
- Flour the first piece of chicken on both sides. Then transfer it to egg washing. And then, finally, add it to the bowl with Panko bread crumbs, making sure that the Panko is really stuck on the chicken surface.
