Easy Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin


This simple air frying pork loin is incredibly juicy and the spices with the pantry build an incredible flavor!

This is the only air fryer recipe that I have published … and it can be the last. But it is so good that, alone, it is worth maintaining an air fryer!

Spices for pork air frying spices

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

  • Spray pork with olive oil to cover evenly.

  • Sprinkle the mixture of spices evenly on pork rubbing it on all sides of pork. It may seem a lot of dry mix, but try to use everything for maximum flavor.

  • Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees F for at least 5 minutes. (See the note for the oven cooking method).

  • Place pork in the air fryer (use parchment to align the air fryer to facilitate cleaning, if you wish) and cook for 18 to 22 minutes until an instant reading thermometer registers 145 degrees F in the thickest part.

  • Remove pork from the air fryer to a cutting table. Place slightly with aluminum foil and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. Pour any extra juice from the air fryer or the cutting table on pork before serving.

Pork loin: The weight of pork does not have to be accurate. This recipe works for smaller or larger pigs. Simply monitor cooking and adjustment as necessary. This recipe can be easily duplicated/tripled.
Olive oil/mustard: Instead of olive oil (or in addition to), a little yellow mustard can also be rubbed slightly on pork before adding the condiment mixture.
