LIFESTYLE | Five on Friday | Cosmetic Proof

It’s Friday and what looks like the end of a very long week! Today I have a day off and I had a very long day while working and then I had to attend a work event late. I hoped to continue the publication streak of my blog, but unfortunately this week was too much for me. As tired as I’m last night, it seems that this week will end with a good note, so I can’t complain! I just have to survive one more work day tomorrow and I can relax again on Sunday!

I celebrated 18 years working with Birks last week and celebrated with the team getting pastels from my favorite pastry, Beaucoup Bakery! This was the first time I wanted to celebrate a work anniversary with other employees now that the horrible employee went and did very well. It was the perfect celebration! We used to have to celebrate the days that this particular employee was not close because it used to make a scene, so it was very relaxing to have a normal celebration!

Finally we tried this sausage place right next to our place called Chop and Chew, and I had a vegan sausage and vegan sausage. The mashed potatoes was a bit aqueous and lacked flavor for my standards, but I am willing to give them another chance just because the sausages were very good and the service was really friendly.

My thousand got some Pixyls and Vexyls for my birthday that came by mail! Everyone knows that this has been my newest hobby and I still love it! I can’t wait to finish them during the summer!

My boss and I attended the VGH raised event for which Birks had donated a complete jewelry suite, so we were there as representatives, but we had the opportunity to dress, use some jewels and have some good food! I received a series of compliments in this dress and I loved it seemed expensive, but it was only from Amazon! The fabric is of horrible quality and if I am close to an open flame, I think I will burn myself, but I’m glad it works for several occasions!
